Derry Man Indicted On Knife Threat And Strangulation Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments
Londonderry woman accused of financial exploitation; Henniker felon indicted on drug, crossbow charges; Portsmouth burglary indictment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Stephon Richardo Allen, 26, of Auburn Street in Manchester, on possession of a controlled drug-codeine and possession of a controlled drug-intent to sell-THC charges, both felonies, on May 3, 2025, in Londonderry.
Kristina Lee Martin, 65, of Golen Drive in Londonderry, on two felony counts of financial exploitation of elderly, impaired, or disabled adult. She was accused of using undue influence to get another person to sign her name to multiple checks that she later cashed and the title of a 2018 Ford Focus between Oct. 27, 2023, and July 13, 2024, in Londonderry.

Noah Michael Scanlon, 26, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and two second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, all felonies. Between June 1 and Aug. 27, 2024, he was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife and strangling them twice in Derry.
Jordan Trey Watson, 31, of Dix Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and two willful concealment charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed with the headlights off and placing one or more motorists on Cross Street in Salem in danger on Dec. 6, 2024. The concealment charges involved a theft of goods from Home Depot in Salem on Nov. 11 and Dec. 6, 2024, according to the indictments.

Lyle Kurt Yearling, 39, of Textile Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing 10 women’s coats from TJMaxx in Salem on Dec. 19, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Woburn MA District Court in November 2023 and Salem MA District Court in February 2024.

Richard Scott Dembowski, 69, of Main Road in Center Conway, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of purchasing less expensive merchandise by repeatedly scanning incorrect bar codes 19 different times at Home Depot in Seabrook between Oct. 15, 2024, and May 30, 2025.
Michael Anthony Denish, 26, of South Main Street in Newton, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on June 9, 2025, in Newton.
Kevin A. Derepentigny, 42, of Beacon Street in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge on June 30, 2025, in Londonderry.
Jacob Ryan Deveno, 50, of Bridge Street in Henniker, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a crossbow on Sept. 27, 2025, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, Deveno was convicted of theft and two counts of receiving stolen property in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2022.
Justin Robert Drew, 41, of the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a building on North School Street in Portsmouth on Sept. 27, 2025.
Justin Michael Dunkavich, 37, of Colby Lane in Pelham, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge in Salem on Nov. 12, 2024.
