Homeless Man Indicted In Pittsfield Burglary Case: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Belmont man accused of hiding meth in Franklin; Concord drug indictments; Dover woman indicted on stolen car, fentanyl charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
George Gilleney, 41, a homeless man now located in Pittsfield, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Main Street Bar in Pittsfield on Feb. 24.
Eric K. Gonyer, 40, of Jamestown Road in Belmont on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and hiding it under the tire of a motor vehicle on March 19 in Franklin to impair a police investigation.

Brittany Greathead, 37, of Corey Place in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 29 in Concord.
Letitia Hamel, 59, of Moccasin Trail in Hillsboro on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and meth charges, both felonies, in Newbury on April 15.

Erica L. Hardwick, 38, of Woodland Drive in Suncook on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Deerfield Road in Allenstown on April 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jeremy Herbert, 51, of Profile Road in Bethlehem on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of accepting $10,223.68 as a down payment toward a heating system, creating the false impression he would complete the installation for a customer in Loudon on Nov. 16, 2021.
Lisa Hicks, 56, of Second Street in Manchester on possession of lorazepam and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Nov. 6, 2022, in Concord.
Trevor Hoyt, 28, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on receiving stolen property-$1,500+, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Sept. 27, 2022, in Bow. Hoyt was also accused of possessing a 2014 GMC Savannah 1500, owned by U-Haul, which he knew or believed to have been stolen, while in Bow on April 28.
Allison N. Jivery, 23, of Dover Point Road in Dover on receiving stolen property and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. The drug charge was connected to an incident in Bow on Oct. 30, 2022. Jivery was accused of possessing a Kia in Hooksett on Jan. 4 that she knew had probably been stolen.
Jonathan C Joy-Pagliarulo, 41, of Newport Road in New London on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charge on Feb. 14 in New London.
