Patriots Pub & Grill Treats Customers Like Family: Restaurant Week

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — For 28 years, Patriots Pub & Grill has been serving fresh hamburgers and wings, along with handmade pizza dough, to Fairfax City diners.

Bridget Fonseca, who co-owns Patriots with Matty Manafi, Amanda Anderson and Rose Dodge, told Patch that they appreciate the exceptional support and promotions their restaurant receives from the City of Fairfax and Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, as well as its customers' loyalty.

"We treat our customers like family. Good Friends. Good Times. Good People," she said.

Patriots Pub & Grill is one of the 24 restaurants and bars in Fairfax City that will be participating in the 2024 Restaurant Week, which runs from Feb. 26 through March 3.

"Restaurant Week is that nudge our residents get twice a year that says dining out is a community event. Trying new restaurants, or trying new offerings at favorite places, is something we can do together and we invite other people to join us too,” said Fairfax City Mayor, Catherine Read. “Dining in the city can be a culinary trip around the world without needing a passport.”

During Restaurant Week, Patriots Pub & Grill will be offering Salmon Salad for lunch and homemade meatloaf for dinner, both with a choice of appetizer and dessert.
