Officials on Tuesday said they have identified and repaired a gas leak that forced dozens of Centreville residents from their homes following a Feb. 15 house explosion. Initially, more than 50 residences were evacuated following the blast. Michael James Inofuentes, who has residences in Virginia and Columbia, solicited a 15-year-old Colombian girl for commercial sex.
