Men Indicted On Manchester, New Boston Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Frederick Cote, 34, of Dunbar Street in Manchester on felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of raising a crowbar over his head, stepping toward another person, and stating, “I will kill you,” on Sept. 22, 2023, in Manchester.

Arthur Cummings, 32, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of failing to stop after a crash with injury on Aug. 28, 2023, in Manchester.

Richard Dade, 49, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun at a window that people were standing next to on Oct. 16, 2023, in Manchester.

Robert Desmond, 42, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on robbery and willful concealment charges, both felonies. He was accused of using physical force during a robbery, by poking a person in the eye, at Macy’s in Manchester and stealing merchandise from Hannaford in Manchester after being convicted twice before on theft charges on Aug. 20, 2023.

Steven Ellsworth, 45, of Heritage Drive in Hooksett on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of flashing a knife during an argument with another person in Manchester on Aug. 25, 2023.

Joseph Flynn, 58, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Manchester police on Aug. 14, 2023. He was previously convicted of duty to report in October 2015, June 2022, and April 2023. Flynn is a sex offender due to 2003 convictions of aggravated felonious sexual assault and kidnapping of a victim under 18, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Daniel Scott Richter, 39, with a last known address of Tanner Road in Branson, Missouri, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a girl on Aug. 7, 2021, in New Boston.

Isaiah Rivera-Perez, 27, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge — a firearm, between May 1 and May 31, 2023, in Manchester.

Cruz Roman, 39, of Normand Street in Manchester on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of placing a girl’s hand on his genitals and moving it back and forth on Aug. 22, 2023, in Manchester.

Nelson Rosario, 21, of Central Street in Manchester on six felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a girl on Sept. 4, 2023, in Manchester.
