Keene Drug Dealer Indicted On New Charges Out Of Hopkinton: Superior Court Roundup

Homeless Concord sex offender faces registration charge; Contoocook woman indicted on reckless conduct charge; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Frederick Cote, 34, of Dunbar Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge in Concord on July 23.

Miah Czarnecki, 26, of Clement Hill Road in Contoocook on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 89 in Warner at a high rate of speed and failing to move over for an emergency vehicle with lights activated on July 28.

Amie Debenedetto, 40, of Rolfe Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Hall Street in Concord on July 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Cory D. Decato, 39, of Walker Brook Road in Danbury on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine-subsequent, and possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charges, all felonies, on Aug. 19, 2022, in Hooksett. Previously, Decato was convicted on a possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2020.

William Edmondson, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report his residency to Concord police on June 2. Edmondson is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 and victim under 18 convictions from December 1998 and has been convicted of failure to comply in both Hillsborough and Merrimack counties.

Curtis E. Eldredge, 42, of Nottingham Road in Raymond on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 89 in Bow on Aug. 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Frederick E. Estes, 27, of Penacook Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in Hooksett on June 30. Previously, according to the indictment, Estes was convicted on a drug charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2016.

Shawn P. Fauteux, 43, of Pleasant Street in Epping on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on July 24 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

William C. Warman, 48, of Park Street in Franklin on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was charged after an incident in Concord on April 6.

Christian Wolhok, 33, of Sullivan Street in Keene on controlled drug act-possession of buprenorphine with naloxone with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine with naloxone, controlled drug act-possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and controlled drug act-possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was charged after an incident in Hopkinton on Feb. 23. Wolhok was previously convicted on a drug sale charge in April 2022 in Cheshire County Superior Court.
