Man In Active Animal Cruelty Case Now Faces Assault Charges: Log

Woman convicted of selling drugs that led to death arrested on drug charges; man charged with DUI; Concord habitual offender arrested again.

CONCORD, NH — Michael S. Wentworth, 33, of Concord received a summons at 9:20 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2020, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He has active drug cases in Merrimack County Superior Court out of Concord from February, Laconia in February, and Pembroke in June. Wentworth was found guilty on transport drugs in motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension charges on Nov. 6 after an incident in Concord in 2019.

Christopher S. Regan, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Nov. 23 on a warrant as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on East Side Drive. Regan was previously found guilty on burglary, theft, and resisting charges after an incident in Bedford from October 2017.

Robert J. Debenedetto III, born 1992, of Concord received a summons at 1:24 a.m. on Nov. 23 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after a stop on Penacook Street in Penacook.

Bradley Allen Nameche, 32, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Nameche is due in superior court on Feb. 2, 2021, for arraignment. He was previously found guilty on drug charges in 2010 in Concord.

Jason A. Rowan, 43, of Concord was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Nov. 22 on criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Willard Street. He is facing animal cruelty, false report, and evidence charges in superior court. Rowan was also convicted in superior court on a felony theft charge out of Nashua in August.

Kevin Marcel Derilus, born 1989, of Mattapan, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, 41, of Franklin received a summons at 8:10 p.m. on Nov. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident on North Main Street.

Jennifer M. Bonner, 41, of Concord was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on Nov. 21 on possession of fentanyl, possession of heroin-crack, and possession of a controlled drug charges, all felonies, as well as an operating with an expired license charge after an incident on North Main Street. Previously, according to superior court records, she was convicted on a controlled drug: drug sale, death resulting charge in January 2018 after a 2017 incident in Newmarket. She was also convicted on a felony possession charge out of Hampton Falls in June 2018 and a felony bad checks charge out of Newington in March 2017. She was in superior court on Nov. 23.

Ryan Steven Ehrgott, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Nov. 21 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Thorndike Street.
