Concord Man Arrested On Death-Resulting, Falsifying Evidence Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Liz Marie Gonzalez, born 2000, of Lowell, Massachusetts, received a summons at 5:50 p.m. on June 23, 2024, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Canton Circle.

Zaeden Edward Crocker, born 2004, of Brookline was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on June 21 on driving under the influence and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Hunter Gerard Giroux, born 1996, of Boscawen was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on June 21 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation at the Fairfield Inn at 4 Gulf St.

Rory J. Cassin Hope, born 1991, of Pembroke was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on June 15 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Mobil Kwik Stop at 81 N. Main St.

Benjamin J. Wilber, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 1:26 p.m. on June 13 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Alison Marie Lombard, 46, of Epsom on a stalking-domestic violence charge and a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Salisbury Green on Loudon Road.

Eric Lin Allen, born 1979, of Concord received a summons at 11:06 a.m. on June 12 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Bridge Street.

Erin Patrick Malloy, born 1966, of Belmont was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on June 4 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Casey D. Mills Remillard, born 1974, of Hillsboro received a summons at 1:50 p.m. on June 3 on criminal trespass and theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Blake C. Erickson, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 8 a.m. on June 2 on two felony possession of controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on the northbound side of Interstate 93.

Tojonianina Donnah Rasamoelison, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on June 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at the Sewalls Falls State Recreation Area on Second Street.

Thomas M. Joy, 33, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 4 a.m. on May 27 on stalking and violation of protection order charges. According to an affidavit, around 2 p.m. on April 28, police were sent to an apartment for a violation of a domestic order report. A woman claimed Joy violated a 300-foot order while staying in the same building, the report said. She said Joy used a dumpster nearby, within 300 feet, the affidavit said. The officer spoke to another apartment dweller who accused Joy of doing the same thing two days prior, the report stated. Another friend also made a similar claim, the officer wrote. The officer called Joy, confirmed the apartment he was staying in, and after measuring the distance online, found the apartment was more than 300 feet from the protected party. The officer wrote Joy said he would never violate the order but confirmed he did use the dumpster, the report said, adding, “That should be more than 300 feet away.” Joy was accused of saying he saw the victim yelling at him in the parking lot earlier that day after leaving the complex, and when he saw her, he did not say anything and just kept driving. The officer did more measuring online and found when leaving the parking lot, Joy would have been 170 feet and the dumpster was 150 feet from the apartment, the report stated. The protective order was issued on April 22. The officer issued an arrest warrant for Joy and he was picked up about a month later.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, born 1999, of Concord received a summons at 10:15 a.m. on May 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at TJ Maxx at 12 Loudon Road.

Zackery K. Dumond-Lane, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on May 22 on sale of a controlled drug-death resulting and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Downing Street.
