Officers were sent to Franklin Street for a report of a disturbance. A man accused Donovan of being "intoxicated" and "out of control," and that she refused to leave his apartment. The man also accused Donovan of punching him in the face, an affidavit stated. Officers examined the apartment and found a coffee table flipped on its side and items on the floor. When speaking with Donovan, the reporting officer claimed she said they got into a minor argument after being out drinking with friends. She denied doing anything wrong and claimed the table was knocked over after she was dragged out of the apartment. After more back and forth, Donovan was arrested.
