Loudon Woman Arrested On DUI Charge: Concord Police Log

Plus: A Webster woman was arrested on another theft charge; Concord man arrested on mischief charge at hotel; and men face theft charges.

CONCORD, NH — Ashley M. Mills, born 1992, of Loudon was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on Feb. 2, 2020, on a DUI charge after an incident on Fisherville Road at or near the McDonald's Restaurant.

Anthony M. Bruneau, born 1994, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Feb. 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop on North State Street in the West Concord area of the city.

David M. Bastow, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Feb. 2 on two simple assault charges after an incident on Eastern Avenue.

Katie Ouellette, born 1992, of Milton was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 1 on a bench warrant at the Speedway on Hall Street.

Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Feb. 1 on felony theft by unauthorized taking-due to two prior convictions and criminal trespass charges after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.

Thomas Russell, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Feb. 1 on a theft by unauthorized-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Concord Public Library on Green Street.

Erica Lynn Rousseau, born 1990, of Epsom received a summons at 7 p.m. on Feb. 1 on a theft by unauthorized-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Andre Martel Watson, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on Feb. 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop on Loudon Road.

Stephanie Pierce, 36, of Merrimack Circle in Webster was arrested at 10:24 a.m. on Feb. 1 on two warrants and a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. According to an affidavit, around noon on Nov. 6, 2019, officers were sent to Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive for a report of women shoplifting. A loss prevention specialist alleged one woman was handing cosmetics to another woman. The second woman, later identified as Pierce, due to prior encounters, was accused of putting the cosmetics in a bag. Both women went to the register where the first woman paid for some items but Pierce didn't, according to the affidavit. The employee attempted to stop the women as they left but only caught the first woman. Pierce was accused of getting away. The first woman was belligerent and screaming at the officer saying she didn't do anything wrong, according to the report. While investigating the matter, the first woman received a call from Pierce who agreed to speak with officers at Home Depot around the corner, the affidavit stated. Pierce, in the report, claimed to have dumped the items on a shelf at the store before leaving but the employee was unable to find the items. An affidavit was issued on Nov. 30, 2019.

Victoria Madison Petricca, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Feb. 1 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Bog Road.

Laxmi Tamang, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on Feb. 1 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

John Lee Taylor, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 6:24 a.m. on Feb. 1 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at the Hotel Concord on South Main Street.
