Homeless Sex Offender Arrested On Kidnapping, Threat Charges: Log

Teen rape suspect arrested on mischief, trespass, other charges; Tilton man arrested on theft charge; Weare, Concord men charged with DUI.

CONCORD, NH — Michael A. Davis, born 1968, homeless, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2019, on kidnapping and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident at a laundromat on Manchester Street. According to the state of New Hampshire, Davis is a registered sex offender after being convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on indecent exposure and lewdness charges in 2005. Last year, he was convicted on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. During the past 17 years, he's been convicted on seven violation of a protective order, two domestic violence, three endangering the welfare of a child, stalking, and other charges.

April A. Gardner, born 1988, of an unknown address, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a stalking charge. She was arrested after an incident in the Broken Ground area of the city.

Steven A. Anctil, born 1984, of Tilton, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge as well a bench warrant after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.

Erin M. McCarthy, born 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a vehicular assault charge. She was arrested after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive.

Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, of an unknown address, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Oct. 23 on three bench warrants after an incident on Hall Street near CVS.

Jeremy Beachemin, born 1980, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on Oct. 22 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Craig S. Kenyon, born 1963, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Oct. 21 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Scott L. Desmarais, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 19 on a DUI charge after an incident on South Main Street near The Medicine Store.

James J. Roy, born 1977, of Weare, was arrested at 8:27 a.m. on Oct. 18 on a DUI charge on South State Street in Concord.

Jayson Zaire McDonald-Davis, born 2000, of an unknown address, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on Oct. 15 on two bench warrants at police headquarters.

Taylor Jordan Winter, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Oct. 15 on criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident near the Oak Creek Apartments in Penacook.
