CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Brandon Curry, 45, of Clay Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a boy for two months or more within a period of five years between Jan. 1, 1995, and Aug. 19, 1997, in Bradford.
Imani M. Davis II, 31, of Westbury Street in Buffalo, New York, on three felony counts of felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping a girl between 13 and 16 with a four-year age difference repeatedly between Feb. 15 and Feb. 24, 2024, in Concord.
Andrew J. Decormier, 33, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Aug. 28, 2024.
Tara A. Devir, 46, of Manchester Street in Concord, on two felony counts of pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a spiral fixed dagger and billie, on Jan. 8 in Franklin. She is a felon due to a narcotics distribution conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2019.
Jeremy Ducharme, 43, a member of Concord’s unhouse community, on a felony count of felon in possession-metallic knuckles on Sept. 18, 2025, in Concord.
Lisa Dutton, 56, of Jefferson Drive in Hillsboro, on second-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving while intoxicated in Henniker, crossing over the center line, and causing a motor vehicle collision on Feb. 15. The crash, according to an indictment, caused a laceration under the eye and/or an embedded foreign body in the cheek of a person in their early 60s.

Heather Lewis, 35, of Souhegan Drive in Merrimack, on a felony count of reckless conduct. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle in Concord in a dangerous manner and intentionally hitting a New Hampshire State Police cruiser on Aug. 15, 2025. Jacob T. Magee, 33, of South Fruit Street in Concord, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of grabbing the steering wheel of a vehicle, while a passenger in Concord, causing it to cross the double-yellow line, and placing others in danger of injury or death on Aug. 23, 2025.
Alicia Paige Mambro, 33, of Cross Street in Penacook, on a felony count of burglary. She was accused of burglarizing a home in Penacook on Oct. 17, 2025.
Gregg M. Malisos, 52, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check made out to Eversource by another person for $40.65 into a check to himself for $935 in Concord on Oct. 24, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Malisos has been convicted on theft twice before — in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2007 and Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2024.
Christopher M. McCarthy, 34, of Central Street in Franklin, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-trenbolone enanthate, fentanyl, and meth, in Franklin on Dec. 23, 2025.
Aaron M. McIntyre, 44, of Donovan Road in Deering, on a felony perjury charge. He was accused of making a false statement by providing a false doctor’s letter during a hearing on Jan. 9 in Concord. On May 19, he failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On June 5, according to the court, his mail came back as undeliverable.
