Hill, Manchester Men Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundups
Man indicted on cocaine distribution charge; Danbury, Concord men indicted on second-degree assault charges; habitual offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Todd Chandler, 53, of South Main Street in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police within five days of July 16, 2024. Chandler is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault, possession of child sexual abuse images, felonious sexual assault, and attempted felonious sexual assault charges in September 2008, according to the state.
Joseph R. Clough, 27, of no permanent address in Concord, on possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug as well as two digital scales and several plastic baggies on Nov. 23, 2024, in Pittsfield.

Corey Cole, 33, of Drake Hill Road in Danbury, on three felony second-degree assault: serious bodily injury charges. He was accused of striking a man in the head with a closed fist, causing him to fall to the ground, sustaining a hairline rib fracture, sinus fracture, and brain bleed on Oct. 4, 2024, in Danbury.
James M. Curran, 37, of Old Sutton Road in Bradford, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of attempting to evade police on Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett by driving on grass, toward a toll booth, striking road signs, and then entering Interstate 93 south and driving at speeds of 95 mph on Feb. 12, 2024.

Charles F. Cutting II, 37, of Buffalo Road in Rumney, on three felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93, Fort Eddy Road, and Hall Street in Concord at a high rate of speed while evading police in a GMC Sierra pickup truck on Sept. 23, 2024. Brandon Curry, 43, of Clay Street in Manchester, on three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and repeatedly raping a boy between Jan. 1, 1995, and Aug. 19, 1997, in Bradford.

Sumner Doten, 45, of Patten Hill Road in Hill, on sex felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a girl between Oct. 1, 2020, and Oct. 9, 2021, in Hill.
Fernand R. Fauteaux, 37, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 1, 2024, in Pittsfield.
Joaquin V. Figueroa Osorio, 41, of Dale Road in Hooksett, on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 25, 2023, in Concord.
Nicholas L. Fuchs, 38, of Roslyn Avenue in Warner, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Volkswagen on Route 103 in Newbury on Dec. 19, 2024. He was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in April 2015.
Ashley C. Green, 25, of Oak Street in Boscawen, on a felony possession of meth charge on Sept. 12, 2024, in Concord.
Shane Vannest, 35, of Basin Street in Concord, on four first-degree assault and six second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking one person in the head repeatedly, causing multiple facial fractures on May 29, 2024, and striking a second person with a guitar, causing broken bones on July 11, 2024, in Concord. Also indicted was Jacob Wright, 19, of Bainbridge Drive in Concord, on first-degree assault and three second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking a person repeatedly, causing multiple facial fractures on May 29, 2024.
