Men From Londonderry, Nashua, And Raymond Indicted On Drug Sale-Distribution Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: CT and RI men indicted on theft charges; Merrimack woman accused of trying to grab cop's gun; Greenville habitual offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Toby Banks, 48, of Cottage Avenue in Nashua, on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited felony counts, fentanyl and cocaine charges, on June 19, 2025, in Nashua.

Robert Beaulieu, 52, of Fleet Street in Waterbury, Connecticut, on identity fraud and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person to withdraw more than $1,500 from a Triangle Credit Union account in Nashua on April 9, 2025.

Tracy Chalke, 47, of Mill Street in Greenville, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Silver Lake Road in Hollis on Oct. 8, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in December 1998.

Stacey Cincotta, 53, of Quincy Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 19, 2025, in Nashua.

Scottie Collier, 44, of Louise Drive in Londonderry, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-methamphetamine and three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-charges, crack cocaine, amphetamine, and buprenorphine, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Jan. 15 in Nashua.

Jon Larochelle, 47, of Main Street in Raymond, on possession of a controlled drug- subsequent-buprenorphine, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent-cocaine, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent-crack cocaine, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies, in Merrimack on Nov. 27, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hills North in August 2013, possession of heroin in U.S. District Court in March 2015, and acts prohibited in Hills North in April 2015.

Jerrod Lee, 33, of Charles Street in Providence, Rhode Island, on two felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of returning unpurchased merchandise to HomeGoods in Nashua on May 18, 2024, and June 4, 2024, in exchange for gift cards.

Heather Lewis, 35, of Souhegan Drive in Merrimack, on a felony attempted taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer charge. She was accused of grabbing an officer’s holster in Nashua and pulling it toward herself on July 10, 2023.

Jeremy Lurie, 33, of Temple Street in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl. On March 20, 2025, he was accused of selling between 1 and 5 grams of fentanyl to a cooperating witness of the Nashua police. On June 12, in Nashua, he was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of fentanyl with an intent to sell. Lurie had a bag of crack on July 22, 2025, in Nashua, according to the indictment.

Shaun Lusk, 44, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies, after an incident at Lawns of Southern New Hampshire in Hudson on Jan. 4, involving one of the company’s checks.

Jose Andujar Mateo, 47, of Dow Street in Salem, Massachusetts, on nine counts of sale of fentanyl, three counts of sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling drugs to an undercover officer several times between Sept. 11 and Dec. 16, 2025, in Nashua.
