Concord Man Accused Of Sharing Sex Video Without Consent: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Randall P. Francis, 43, of Nathan Cutler Drive in Bedford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Bow on April 9.

April M. French, 42, of Elm Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 14 in Concord.

James O. Gadwah, 60, of Willard Drive in Somersworth on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix and meth, charges on March 11 in Concord.

Ruben Galvan, 45, of Lake Street in Swanzey on felony falsifying physical evidence and driving after suspension-subsequent and hindering prosecution charges. On Feb. 8, he was accused of throwing a glass pipe into a ditch to impede an investigation after being stopped on Industrial Drive in Franklin. Galvan’s license was suspended in December 2021. He was convicted of driving after suspension in Franklin District Court in April 2019.

Michael A. Gray, 26, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on two felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sending a video of another person involved in a sexual act to a man and woman on Feb. 10 in Concord.

Ashley C. Green, 24, of Oak Street in Boscawen on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, alprazolam and clonazepam, charges in Concord on Feb. 27.

Michael Hann, 34, of Concord on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner at the Holiday Inn in Concord on March 28.

Justin Hebert, 28, of Clinton Street in Concord on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing and stealing property from Route 3 Auto Sales in Concord and retaining the company's property in Hooksett all on April 6, 2021.

Sammy Hernandez, 38, of Dartmouth Street in Manchester on a felony possession of meth charge in Bow on March 9.

Jessi Hillsgrove, 39, of Eddy Drive in Boscawen on a felony possession of meth charge on Sewalls Falls Road in Concord on April 27.
