Chichester Man Racks Up Theft, Prowling, Other Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Randall P. Francis, 43, of Manchester was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on March 14, 2022, on a possession of a controlled drug charge and a warrant after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on April 7.

Christopher Michael Rodimon, 39, of Pike was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on March 13 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Bailey Moran, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on March 12 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Dyvon Jervis Harding, born 2001, of Pembroke was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on March 11 on a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

James O. Gadwah, 60, of Dover was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on March 11 on an operating after an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 196 N. Main St.

Felicia Anna-Marie Farruggia, 34, of Concord received a summons at 12:08 a.m. on March 10 on a criminal trespass charge. She was cited after an incident at the Concord Park North Apartments on Fisherville Road.

Darrel Bousquet, 36, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on March 9 on a bench warrant after an incident at Chappell Tractor on Loudon Road and criminal mischief and simple assault charges after an incident on Thompson Street.

Paul Stavri Noyes, 27, of Chichester was arrested at 12:11 a.m. March 9 on felony theft by unauthorized taking, $1,501+, driving after revocation or suspension, and loitering or prowling charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. At 1 a.m., he was charged with criminal mischief after an incident at the hospital. Noyes has an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 31.

Damien Wells, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on March 8 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Rex Drive.

Aaron Pitou Erickson, 43, of Concord was cited at 9:25 a.m. on Feb. 23 on a bench warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Victoria C. Cloud, born 1983, of Manchester was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Feb. 22 on two bench warrants after an incident at Christ the King Parish on South Main Street.

McKenna Rae Marshall, 27, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Feb. 22 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident on Loudon Road.
