Maine Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Roundup
A teen was indicted on prison drug charges, a convicted Concord thief has been indicted again, alleged Franklin meth dealer also indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Tyler Gagnon, 26, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, for felony receiving stolen property. On Aug. 31, 2017, he allegedly retained the property of another – a Chevrolet pickup truck – in Concord.
Robert Gallant, 54, of Crystal Lakes Road in Gilmanton Iron Works, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On April 15, 2017, he allegedly stole items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2015 and Concord District Court in September 2009.

April Gardner, 29, lower right, of Liberty Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 23, 2017, she allegedly stole items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jessica Graham, 25, of Main Street in Tilton, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, Alprazolam, and possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 18, 2017, in Franklin.
Mallory Grondin, 19, lower left, of Railroad Street in Lancaster, for delivery of articles-fentanyl and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Sept. 21, 2017.
Brianna Gunnison, 25, of Loudon Road in Concord, for delivery of articles to prisoners-Buprenorphine, a felony, allegedly on Aug. 18, 2017, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections on Aug. 18, 2017.
Joseph Hamel, 35, of Brook Circle in Loudon, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 2, 2017, in Epsom.
