Concord Man Arrested On Drug Dealing Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Collin Brooks Provencher, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2020, on a driving under the influence charge and a misuse-fail to display plates violation. He was arrested on North State Street near the cemetery.

Nicholas S. Lavoie, born 1992, of Pembroke was arrested at a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Manchester Street near Exit 13 on the river bridge at 12:24 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Nathan Michael Bond, 41, of Hooksett was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on Sept. 5 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at McDonald's Restaurant on Fisherville Road. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court Oct. 22. Bond also has an active sale of a controlled drug and deal-possess prescription drugs charges case in court from April 3.

James Corey Lagerberg, 41, of Keene was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Sept. 3 on a felony habitual offender charge after an incident on Loudon Road. He is due in court Oct. 29. Lagerberg

Crystal Marie Merchant, born 1983, of Belmont was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at 41 Washington St. She was wanted after being accused of failure to appear in court on a felony theft charge July 13.

Arthur Augusto Foss, pictured, 37, of Concord was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Aug. 31 on three sale of a controlled drug charges after an incident at 296 S. Main St. He is due in superior court Nov. 5.

Katherine L. Price, 30, of Concord received a summons at 5:43 p.m. on Aug. 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. According to court records, she has an active drug possession and driving charges in Manchester from April 28 and felony credit card fraud, forgery, and financial exploitation charges out of Hudson from August 2019. Price was found guilty on a drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2018.

Benjamin Berry, 26, of Concord was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Aug. 28 on robbery and false report to law enforcement charges. He was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. He is due in superior court Nov. 5.

Ayite Fantomas Dalmeida, born 1971, of Webster, Massachusetts, was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters at 12:24 a.m. on Aug. 27.
