Concord Man Indicted On Attempted Armed Robbery Charge: Roundup

Penacook felon indicted on gun charge; Warner man indicted on theft, drug charges; NY woman indicted on Lamborghini title fraud incident.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Matthew Burkhardt, 28, of Meaderboro Road in New Durham on three felony counts of burglary, felony theft by unauthorized taking, felony tampering with witnesses and informants, and misdemeanor theft by unauthorized taking. He's accused of burglarizing the same home on Hethlon Road in Canterbury on May 25, and Oct. 1, 2019, and stealing $2,500 from the victim on June 8, and Sept. 22, 2019. On Nov. 15, 2019, he's accused of attempting to get the victim to withhold testimony in the case.

Tyler Carlson, 30, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony attempted armed robbery charge. He's accused of brandishing a knife during an incident at the Sunoco gas station on Manchester Street on Nov. 15, 2019.

Aaron Chase, 34, of Route 4 in Danbury on two felony second-degree assault charges. He's accused of strangling another person and impeding their ability to breath on Nov. 2, 2019, in Danbury.

Stephen R. Bradford Clifton, 36, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony felon in possession charge — a Hi-Point .40 caliber pistol — on Jan. 23 in Bow.

Jason T. Cooper, 34, of Alice Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 30, 2019, in Concord.

John A. Davis, 36, of Route 103 East in Warner on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property. The drug charges stem from an incident on Nov. 11, 2019, in Warner. He's also accused of selling stolen items to Cash for Gold Pawn Store in Concord between Dec. 21, and Dec. 24, 2019.

Amanda Dwyer, 34, of East Main Street in Tilton on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 20, 2018, in Franklin.

Goretti G. Eostre, 30, of West 42nd Street in New York, New York, on a felony title fraud charge. He's accused of using a false address in Manchester where she didn't live in an application while seeking a certificate of title of a 2019 Lamborghini on Nov. 13, 2019, in Concord.

Morgan Fontaine-Wilmot, 25, of Union Road in Belmont on two felony theft by unauthorized taking. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe's in Concord on Aug. 16, 2019, after twice before being convicted of theft and being out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2019.

Meghan Fortin, 35, of Terrace Road in Franklin on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 15, 2019, in Franklin.
