Concord Men Indicted On Various Gun Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Manchester felon accused of possessing swords in Bow; elderly man faces title fraud charge; Franklin man indicted on fentanyl sales charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Juan Arce, 33, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on three felony felon in possession charges. He was accused of possessing a sword cane, a samurai sword, and a machete in Bow on Feb. 10 after previously being convicted of a felony.
Nicole Ashline, 34, of White Mountain Highway in Wakefield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Bass Pro Shops in Hooksett on Dec. 5, 2021, after previously being convicted twice on theft charges.

Robert Atwood, 38, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of prying a door open at 2 Pillsbury St. in Concord, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on Feb. 2.

Tucker Bean, 29, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on two felony sale of controlled drug-fentanyl charges on July 20, and Aug. 25, 2021, in Franklin.
David R. Bearor, 38, of Pierce Street in Concord on four felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing an AR-15 rifle at another person and threatening to kill them on Jan. 19 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Arrested On Gun Threat Charges
Dylan J. Bill, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 30, 2021.
Ricky Brodeur, 48, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Bow on Jan. 29 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Christopher Brooks, 53, of Court Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a counterfeit check to Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord, drawn on the account of Raisanen Investments LLC for $3,322.44 on Jan. 22.
Tracey Cannavino, 53, of Hall Street in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug while driving on Pleasant Street in Concord on Feb. 27 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Bryant Clark, 53, of Deerfield Road in Allenstown on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing brass knuckles on Nov. 24, 2021, in Allenstown after previously being convicted of a felony.
George Condodemetraky, 85, of Route 140 in Belmont on a felony title fraud charge. He was accused of making a false application for a vehicle with the state on Aug. 19, 2020, in Concord.
