Concord Woman Arrested On Strangulation Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jessie Major, 37, of Concord was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2021, on a warrant at police headquarters. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 15.

Devon J. Hough, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on High Street.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a receiving stolen property charge after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Jason Edward Reid, 45, of Concord was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a felony habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due back in superior court on April 15. Reid was charged with operating after certified as a habitual offender in Albany in August 2013.

Aristarque Manzombi-Bongambe, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on Jan. 29 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Eastern Avenue.

Jennifer L. Lane, born 1983, of Loudon received a summons at 5:45 p.m. on Jan. 28 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 179 Loudon Road.

Danielle V. Vintila, 22, of Laconia was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Jan. 27 on two possession of controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Hotel Concord on South Main Street. Vintila is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 8 on an arraignment. She also has an active case in Belknap County after an incident in Laconia.

Matthew Gourlay, 38, of Concord was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on Jan. 27 on four bench warrants. He was arrested in the Garvins Falls area of the city. Gourlay has three active habitual offender cases in superior court.
