CONCORD, NH — Madeline E. Lawrence of Concord was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on May 17, 2020, on arson and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident in the Donovan Street area of the city.

Christopher Michael Saulnier of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on May 16 on five violation of protective order; penalty charges after an incident at 1 Whitney Road.

Kenny Joe Robbins of Concord received a summons at 9:31 p.m. on May 14 on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges after an incident on Manor Road.

Ross D. Warriner of Concord was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on May 12 on two domestic violence-simple assault and two simple assault charges after an incident in the Bog Road to Borough Road area of the city.

Adam M. Roz of Franklin was arrested at 6:37 a.m. on May 10 on two warrants after an incident at the Fisherville Laundromat on Fisherville Road.

Seth Burns of Manchester was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on May 8 on a warrant on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

Denise Ann Wescott of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on May 8 on a domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening charges after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Tammy J. Wylie of Manchester was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on May 7 on indecent exposure/gross lewdness, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a public urination or defecation violation in the shipping area of Target on D'Amante Drive.

Andrew Berube of Concord was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on May 6 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, of Concord received a summons at 6:10 p.m. on May 5 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.
