Concord Woman Indicted On Child Sexual Assault, Threat Charges
Plus: Concord felon accused of strangling woman, knife threat charges in Franklin; theft and drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Breanna Fields, 26, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony willful concealment charges. She was accused of stealing goods from Hannaford in New London on Nov. 18, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
Scott Frost, 20, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol and fentanyl mix charge on June 11 in Hooksett.

Maranda Gingras, 30, of Cumberland Street in Manchester on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and buprenorphine charges on April 26 in Hooksett.
Edward Habaj, 69, of Moreau Street in Goffstown on a possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, tramadol, and fentanyl mix in Hooksett on July 2.

Kathryn Wood, 34, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on a felony issuing bad checks charge. She was accused of writing $2,735 in bad checks to Alexander Rentals of Allenstown on Dec. 4, 2020.
Gerald Douville, 57, of Trail Street in Franklin on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining tools that he knew were stolen on Jan. 29 in Franklin.
Scott M. Donahue, 58, of Laurel Street in Concord on second-degree assault-domestic violence, criminal threatening-domestic violence, tampering with witnesses and informants, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and threatening to cut a woman’s throat with a knife and then attempting to get her not to speak about the incident by saying, “Don’t rat on me b----,” or words to that effect on March 13 in Franklin. He is a felon due to a first-degree assault conviction in March 1998 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Jennifer Swain, 44, of River Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol mix charge on April 29 in Franklin.
Viviana Peter Ajby, 43, of Village Street in Penacook on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, criminal threatening-domestic violence, and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, all felonies, as well as a domestic violence charge. She was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl, brandishing a knife and threatening her, striking her with a kitchen utensil, and pouring lighter fluid on her, and setting fire to a piece of clothing near her on April 10 in Concord. Evan J. Sullivan, 21, of Elkins Street in Franklin on theft by deception and conspiracy: theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of withdrawing $8,000 from a Franklin Savings Bank account owned by another person on March 29.
James Walker, 41, of Pennsylvania Avenue in Somerville, Massachusetts, on felony possession of a controlled drug-anabolic steroid testosterone enanthate charge on April 24 in Concord.
