Franklin Man Indicted On Stolen Gun Charge In Merrimack County Superior Court
Drug indictments in Concord, Hooksett; Tilton man accused of robbing woman; felon accused of trying to smuggle drugs into prison.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Trey Bushaw, 20, of Birch Circle in Franklin on a felony receiving stolen property charge involving a Smith and Wesson 9 mm handgun stolen from a home in Franklin on April 29.
Ryan Kenney, 43, of Tilton on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of grabbing a cellphone out of the hand of a woman in Franklin on April 15 and using physical force by slamming a bathroom door into the woman during the robbery.

Britt Mara, 44, of Malvern Street in Manchester on acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl, both felonies, on Feb. 9 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a charge.
Falynne St. John, 24, of Cilley Road in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine on July 15 in Hooksett.

Shawn M. Sullivan, 37, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and felon in possession-metal knuckles charges on April 1 in Concord.
Aaron Erickson, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 28 in Concord.
Nicholas P. Gauvreau, 37, of Main Street in Belmont on a a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 17 in Concord.
Shana Dutterer, 28, of Pleasant Street in Concord on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She was accused of possessing methamphetamine and fentanyl while in the Merrimack County House of Corrections on Feb. 8 in Boscawen.
Michael Meucci, 39, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Between July 14 and Aug. 19, 2020, he was accused of working with others to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.
Ralph Spade, 60, of Rattlesnake Hill Road in Auburn on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing tools from another man on Oct. 25, 2019, in Northfield.
Blake Barclay, 35, of Forrest Road in Northfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of selling a Honda 4-wheeler, owned by another person, to a third person, sometime between Dec. 1, 2019, and Nov. 6, 2020, in Northfield.
Christopher Randlett-Boden, 32, of Cross Mill Road in Northfield on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving a Ford Fusion on Tilton Road in Northfield after previously being certified as a habitual offender on Jan. 24 in Northfield.
Tabatha Braley, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth charges in Hooksett on Sept. 18, 2020.
