Alton Man Accused Of Raping A Girl In 2015-2016: Superior Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Erika Barlow, 30, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua on falsifying physical evidence and three delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of being in possession of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl while inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Jan. 27 and trying to conceal the drugs in her vagina.

Kelly V. Barton, 24, with a last known address of Barton Road in Epsom, on a felony possession of meth on July 10, 2020, on Brodeur Street in Concord.

Samantha Beland, 29, with a last known address of Shasta Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Oct. 11, 2020, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in June 2018.

Gerhardt P. Bissonnette, 20, of Thompson Lane in Hamilton, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and psilocin/psilocybin charges, both felonies, on Dec. 10, 2020, in New London.

Steve Bonnell, 49, of Pinecrest Circle in Allenstown on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Oct. 17, 2020, in Allenstown.

Hunter Boucher, 20, of Darling Street in Bedford on a felony possession of LSD charge on June 12, 2020, in Hooksett.

Tabatha Braley, 42, homeless currently located in Concord on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth, buprenorphine, and fentanyl, on July 31, 2020, in Concord.

Tyler Brissette, 37, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felon in possession of a firearm charge on Jan. 4 in Boscawen. He was convicted on a robbery charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in 2015.

William Brooks, 20, of Stockbridge Corner Road in Alton on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between Sept. 1, 2015, and Oct. 1, 2016, in Pittsfield.

Jake L. Mason, 27, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a Honda motorcycle on July 30, 2020, in Franklin.

Robert McCullen, 27, of Messenger Street in Lebanon on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of wrong-way drunken driving and using a Toyota 4Runner as a deadly weapon on Interstate 89 north in Hopkinton on Oct. 25, 2020.

Jason McGill, 39, of Fisk Road in Concord on habitual offender and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Nov. 9, 2020, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Coos County Superior Court in November 2012.

Randy McGee, 34, of King Hill Road in New London on possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, after an incident on March 27, 2029.
