CONCORD, NH — Nicholas A. Burtsell, year of birth 1979, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on March 12, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident on River Road.

Reana J. Moran, year of birth 1990, of Western Avenue in Henniker, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on March 10, 2018, for possession of a prescription drugs without a prescription, criminal liability for conduct of another, and a bench warrant. She was arrested after alleged incidents on Fayette Street and Eagle Square in Concord.

Tish Ann Kay, year of birth 1983, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on March 9, 2018, on a warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Old Turnpike Road near Company C.

Tyler J. Osgood, year of birth 1988, of Belmont, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on March 6, 2018, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in the North End/Washington Street area of the city.
