Homeless Man Indicted On Axe Threat Charge In Concord: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments
Hillsboro man accused of impersonating a cop; Pittsfield man indicted for wrecking a lawn in Bow; Belmont man indicted on burglary charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Eric S. Joyce, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of yelling at another man while holding an ax on Sept. 1, 2025, in Concord.
Jesse Vajgrt, 33, of West Mill Street in Hillsboro, on a felony false personation charge. He was accused of impersonating a police officer by falsely wearing a badge and activating blue lights from his vehicle on Sept. 28, 2025, on Hoit Road in Concord.

Meiling Han, 60, of Debann Place in Rowland Heights, California, on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of placing others in danger by setting fire to a wooden structure on Clinton Street in Concord on Oct. 20, 2025. Philip Damon, 47, of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield, on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle onto the lawn of a home on Ferry Road in Bow and causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on May 10, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Damon was convicted of criminal trespass in Ossipee District Court in October 2019.

Jeramiah A. Hrycuna Darrah Credit: Concord Police Department
Jeramiah A. Hrycuna Darrah, 24, of Downing Street in Concord, on six felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of sharing .mp4s via KiK and in a private chat message on a social media platform on April 28, 2025, in Concord.

Robert Clark, 49, of Arlene Drive in Belmont, on a felony burglary charge. He worked in concert with Laurie Macleod, Tryphena Porter, and Allen Downs to create a diversion to lure a victim out of their apartment at the Davis Ridge apartment complex at 303 Sheep Davis Road, affix tape to a door to prevent it from locking, and using a tool to pry multiple door locks in the building to get access to an apartment on March 11, 2025, according to the indictment.
Cameron Gabriel Moore Jahn, 19, of Long Street in Webster, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of driving into a woman who was crossing North Main Street in Concord causing multiple bone fractures to the victim on Dec. 14, 2024. Steven J. Hamel Jr., 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 12, 2025, in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail on Nov. 16, 2024, connected to another charge.

Matthew Dupere, 46, of Glade Circle in Campton, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order against a woman on Nov. 14, 2025, in Concord.
Joseph Clough, 28, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on South Main Street in Concord on Oct. 10, 2025.
