Concord Men Arrested On Strangulation Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mitchell Paige Brook, born 1969, of Boscawen was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on June 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Chief’s Place at 348 Village St. in Penacook.

Douglas J. Rouse, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on June 15 on a driving under the influence charge and an uninspected vehicle violation after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Donna Rhea Matthews, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on June 12 on a stalking charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Grove Street.

Michael P. Tedford, born 1975, of Manchester was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on June 3 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 12:50 a.m. on June 2 on a license required; penalty violation after an incident or investigation at 91 Hall St.

Patrick O’Mara, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on May 23 on operating without a valid license, resisting arrest or detention, and disobeying an officer charges. Also charged was Emily L. Philibotte, born 1999, of Concord on May 23, on an improper person operating a vehicle violation. They were charged after an incident or investigation at 97 Hall St.

Daniel Webster Broussard, 37, of Concord was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on May 23 on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation charges after an incident or investigation on South Street. His case was boundover from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court on July 2. Broussard was held on preventative detention. A dispositional conference hearing is set for Oct. 1.

Lorraine Jane Craighead, born 1946, of Concord was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on May 22 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Travis Michael Bennett Lufkin, 23, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on May 20 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges after an investigation or incident on Storrs Street. He was also charged with felony second-degree assault-strangulation, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and simple assault charges after an investigation or incident at the Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Donna Marie Gove, 48, of Concord was cited at 4:50 p.m. on April 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
