Concord Felon Indicted On Franklin Fentanyl, Firearm, Baton Possession Charges: Merrimack County Indictments
Homeless man indicted for attempted rape; Pembroke man accused of firing gun, threatening to kill goat; teen indicted on 2 robbery counts.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Peter James Lariviere, 29, of Broad Avenue in Concord, on three counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images and three counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. Benjamin Leonard, 44, of Dearborn Road in Pembroke, on theft by unauthorized taking, burglary, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building on North Pembroke Road in Pembroke on Oct. 2, 2025, threatening to shoot and kill a goat owned by another person, and then firing the gun recklessly.

Rhianna M. Light, 39, of Manchester Road in Manchester, on two felony counts of perjury. She was accused of providing a false material statement under oath in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 16, 2024, claiming there were not any drugs in her apartment after Hooksett police found a quarter baggie and glass pipe in her bedroom and stating she had not used drugs since 2020 when she had.
Traevon Anthony Ling, 19, of Greenwich Street in Concord, on two felony robbery charges. He was accused of kicking and hitting another man in the face during a theft incident while in the parking lot of Rocky’s Ace Hardware at 20 Loudon Road in Concord on April 5, 2025.

Stephenie Lumb, 34, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, on two felon in possession charges. She was accused of possessing a machete and a katana in Hooksett on Dec. 18, 2024, after previously being convicted of a felony in Hills North in December 2024. Also indicted was Donald Thibeault, 35, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, on two felon in possession charges, accused of possessing a machete and a katana on Dec. 18, 2024. He was previously convicted of a felony in Hills North in September 2015.
Thomas E. McEneany, 39, of Herbert Street in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence, two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, and three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a shotgun-style firearm, a PR24 police style baton, and a collapsible baton, as well as the drugs, on Aug. 27, 2025, in Franklin. McEneany was also accused of hiding the fentanyl under a chair to impair an investigation.

Thomas J. Manley, 62, of Central Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on July 22, 2025, in Franklin. According to the indictment, he was out on bail on July 12, 2025, after being charged with falsifying physical evidence.
Cameron Gabriel Moore Jahn, 19, of Long Street in Webster, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving erratically on North Main Street in Concord on Dec. 14, 2024, and causing an injury to a woman. William Osborne, 56, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Allenstown Road on Nov. 1, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in August 2004.
Jamie Prentice, 28, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Shaw’s supermarket on D’Amante Drive, after previously being convicted of theft twice in Manchester Circuit Court in June 2018 and in Hooksett Circuit Court in May 2025. Prentice was also out on bail on Jan. 2, 2025, from Merrimack County Superior Court after being accused of sale of a controlled drug.
Johnathan Shaw, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on second-degree assault-strangulation, criminal restraint, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman, holding her against a dumpster near the Ralph Pill Building in Concord and warning her “don’t say a word” and-or “don’t scream” or words to that effect, and attempting to rape her between Oct. 8 and Oct. 9, 2025. Howard C. Swenson, 62, of Youngs Hill Road in Loudon, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Pittsfield on Feb. 9, 2025, and attempting to elude police by driving more than 85 mph.
Claude Underwood, 40, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a household member in Hooksett on Sept. 13, 2025.
James Welcome, 42, of Currier Road in Andover, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charge on Dec. 16, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, he was convicted on a possession charge in May 2023 in Hills North.
