Franklin, Manchester Women Face Domestic Violence Assault Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael S. Chase, born 1985, of Henniker, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2024, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., 37, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 9 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St. He has three active cases in superior court, including drug and driving charges out of Concord from July, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, drug possession, and falsifying evidence charges out of Manchester from July, and drug possession charges out of Concord from August. Hamel is due back in court on Friday.

Maria A. Moriarty, 41, of Concord, received a summons at noon on Dec. 9 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was charged after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Daniel R. Stockton, born 1978, of Wakefield, received a summons at 8:44 a.m. on Dec. 9 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Irving at 190 Pleasant St.

Kate-Lynn M. Erazo, born 1989, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Nov. 12 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Green Street.

Jessica Lynn Arel, born 1983, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. on Nov. 12 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at CC Tomatoes at 209 Fisherville Road.

Blake C. Erickson, 46, of Concord, received a summons at 11:55 a.m. on Nov. 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Tea Garden Restaurant at 184 N. Main St.

Connor William Wilson, born 2006, of Concord, received a summons at 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 on a conduct after an accident charge and a following too closely violation after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Robyn J. Silver, born 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Perley Street.

Kyle J. Clough, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Clough was convicted on a sexual assault charge in January 2019 after an incident Rochester. He was convicted of a probation violation in December 2020 and duty to report in May 2021 after an incident in Somersworth.

Joshua Michael Fishburn, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on Nov. 11 on a bench warrant as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
