Laconia Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Trafficking Teen Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Gregory S. Errico, 35, of Bonnie Briar Road in Yonkers, New York, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of using a fraudulent driver’s license to withdraw $5,500 from the account of another at Mascoma Savings Bank in New London on Dec. 11, 2024.

Alaina M. Ferguson, 53, of Stark North Highway in Dunbarton, on possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-subsequent and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine and fentanyl mix-subsequent charges, both felonies, in Dunbarton on Oct. 27, 2024. She was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Milford District Court in June 2022.

Steven Foster, 65, of Chancellor Drive in Boscawen, on falsifying physical evidence, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Nov. 1, 2024, in Concord. Foster was also accused of attempting to conceal a bag of drugs under articles of clothing to impair an investigation.

Jaice D. Fowler, 32, of Plains Court in Franklin, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 28, 2024, in Franklin.

Benjamin Fuchs, 46, of Route 11 in Georges Mills on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of throwing a glass meth pipe, causing it to shatter, to impair an investigation by Newbury police on Dec. 12, 2024.

Soren Glaser, 22, of Equestrian Way in Merrimac, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Dec. 24, 2024, at the New Hampshire Hospital in Concord.

Ricardo Antonio Lara Guerrero, 29, of East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, on conspiracy to sell fentanyl-400 grams, meth-1 pound, and 200 grams of cocaine, falsifying physical evidence-submerging meth in a soda container, attempted sale of cocaine, attempted sale of meth, possession of meth with intent to sell, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell on Feb. 5 and Feb. 12 in New London.

A grand jury in Belknap County recently indicted the people listed below.

Jonathan Scribner, 29, of Main Street in Chichester, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Dollar General in Center Barnstead on Aug. 15, 2024. Twice before, in Concord District Court in August 2023 and Rochester District Court in May 2024, he was convicted on theft charges.

David Spadafora, 32, of Mechanic Street in Laconia, on two felonious sexual assault and three trafficking in persons-victim under 16 counts, all felonies. He was accused of statutory rape with a girl and getting her to fondle him for money on June 17, 2024, in Laconia.

Shanice Stanley, 31, of East Lake Road in Hollywood, Florida, on identity fraud and theft by deception-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another woman over the phone to obtain $8,300 from a couple’s bank account in Laconia on Nov. 18, 2024.

Andrea Waniski, 32, of Merrimack Street in Penacook, on a felony controlled drug act-methamphetamine charge in Center Harbor on May 17, 2024.
