Bank Robber Indicted On New Concord Bank Robbery Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Pembroke man accused of spitting at cops; Boscawen man indicted on crack distribution charge; Franklin felon indicted on weapon charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Cristian J. Darrach, 26, of Savage Court in Pembroke, on felony second-degree assault, attempted simple assault-against a law enforcement officer, and five counts of simple assault-against a law enforcement officer. He was accused of strangling a woman, grabbing a police officer’s ankle, spitting in the face of an officer, spitting at an officer, kicking an officer in the torso, kicking an officer in the abdomen twice, and attempting to spit on an officer on Jan. 2 in Pembroke.

Janell Dubreuil, 38, of South Main Street in Concord, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Aug. 28, 2024, in Concord.

Ariel C. Farley, 32, of Depot Street in Pittsfield, on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 16, 2024, in Pittsfield.

Angel M. Forteza Concepcion, 25, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 28 in Pittsfield on Feb. 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in December 2022.

Steven R. Foster, 65, of Chancellor Drive in Boscawen, on possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, and two possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. The charges stemmed from incidents in Concord on Dec. 21, 2024, and Jan. 26.

John R. Griffin, 64, of 3rd Avenue in Berlin, on theft by unauthorized taking and two robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Bank of America on Storrs Street in Concord on Nov. 20, 2024. David J. Holliday, 47, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle on South Main Street in Concord on June 13, 2024, and swerving toward bicycles, placing others in danger of serious bodily injury. Read more about this case here:

Heidi L. Holt, 42, of Sargent Street in Northfield, on two felony controlled act; acts prohibited-meth charges on Oct. 12, 2024, in Epsom.

Andrea L. Ingemi, 39, of Old Bristol Road in New Hampton, on a felony possession of meth charge on July 14, 2024, in Franklin.

Gary Kenneson, 42, of Terrace Road in Franklin, on possession of meth-subsequent, possession of crack cocaine-subsequent, falsifying physical evidence, and two felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs, a machete, and a “billy club,” on Nov. 16, 2024, in Concord. Kenneson ripped a baggie of drugs open, allowing the pour out to impair an investigation, according to the indictments.

Ndaho Kivira, 32, of Loudon Road in Concord, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman and strangling her in Concord between Nov. 1 and Dec. 7, 2024. He was also accused of attempting to rape the woman on Dec. 8, 2024, according to the indictment.
