Brookline Man Indicted On Concord Parking Garage Gun Threat Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Franklin man accused of cutting, threatening to castrate another man; felon indicted on knife threat charges at Gallen state complex.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Cynthia Boisvert, 66, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and methamphetamine. She was accused of possessing meth on Oct. 31, 2024, and selling crack and meth, on Oct. 25, 2024, in Franklin.

Jason Brooks, 45, of Alice Drive in Penacook, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Depot Street in Concord on March 17, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Cole Criniti, 36, of Lawndale Avenue in Franklin, on two felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of accepting deposits for work on a truck he never performed between Oct. 1, 2023, and Sept. 17, 2024, in Franklin.

Zaeden Crocker, 20, of Hood Road in Brookline, on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a loaded handgun at two people in the Durgin Block Garage in Concord on June 21, 2024. Gary Cronis II, 47, of Ellis Avenue in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control over money belonging to L&K Truck Body Inc. in Chichester on Dec. 19, 2022, involving a gift-holiday check.

Ryan Duhaime, 44, of Central Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and two aggravated driving while intoxicated with serious bodily injury charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2007 Honda Accord while impaired on Route 3A in Hill and crashing it on Jan. 3, 2022, causing injury to himself and another person.

Courtney M. Donahue, 30, of Blake Hill Road in New Hampton, on two felony possession of meth charges on Jan. 9, 2024, in Northfield.

Loretta Doxter, 47, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on theft by unauthorized taking on July 31, 2024, in Franklin, and sale of fentanyl on Aug. 13, 2024, in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft twice before.

Chad Dow, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin or fentanyl. Dow was accused of selling a quantity of the drug to Timothy Byron on Sept. 5, 2022. On the same day, Byron then gave the drugs to Peter Malcuit Jr., who overdosed and died on Sept. 5, 2022, in the woods near Mayflower Drive. Byron pleaded guilty to a death-resulting charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2024 and received a five-to-10-year sentence, five years mandatory and a $620 fine, all suspended for five years. Tad Emerson, 33, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a knife and a razor, and threatening to hurt himself and others on Aug. 6, 2024, at the Gallen state office complex in Concord. Emerson is a felon due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in Strafford County Superior Court in September 2014. Dominick R. Fremia, 22, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on second-degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of cutting a man’s thumb with a knife and threatening to castrate him as well as threatening a second man on Oct. 12, 2024, in Franklin.

Steven R. Fereshetian, 35, of an unknown address in Belmont, on receiving stolen property and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth, carfentanil, fentanyl, xylazine, and carfentanil mix, and zopiclone, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and receiving or retaining a stolen 2017 Harley-Davidson Dyna owned in Hooksett on Aug. 21, 2024.

Benjamin Fuchs, 45, of an unknown address in Georges Mills, on a felony sale of fentanyl-subsequent offense on Sept. 22, 2023, in New London.
