Concord Man Indicted On Gun, Knife Threat Charges: Court Roundup
MA man indicted in Dunbarton burglary case; man, accused of having child sexual abuse images, faces bail jumping charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Joseph Flynn, 59, of Manchester Street in Manchester on theft by deception, theft by unauthorized taking, and organized retail crime enterprise charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining a $295.55 gift card from Walmart in Hooksett on July 9, 2023, by creating a false impression he previously purchased the merchandise and conspired with Donald Tremblay on the illegal transaction, the indictment alleged. On July 19, 2023, he also stole merchandise from Walmart in Hooksett, according to one indictment. The deception charge is a felony due to Flynn being convicted twice on theft charges.
Benjamin L. Fuchs, 45, of Route 103 in Georges Mills on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge-a mixture of fentanyl and methamphetamine on Nov. 27, 2023, in Newbury.

Jaime Garcia, 30, of Orange Street in Westfield, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary charge — involving an incident at Pages Country Store and Deli on Concord Stage Road in Dunbarton on Aug. 25, 2022.
Jennifer L. Healy, 43, of Old Hillsborough Road in Henniker on a felony possession of meth charge on Feb. 16 in Pembroke.

James Hrinchuk, 52, of Chichester, incarcerated at the Rockingham County Jail at the time of the indictment, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was released on bail on Feb. 7 after being charged with possession of child sexual abuse images. Hrinchuk was accused of failing to appear in court on June 11 for a jury trial in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord.
Brian Huoppi, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug charge-fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine mix while in the area of Loudon Road in Concord on March 2.
Alyson M. LaFrance, 57, of Cheney Street in Newport on theft by unauthorized taking and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. Between Dec. 22, 2022, and Sept. 7, 2023, while a bookkeeper at a Warner business, she was accused of using a man’s business Amex card to purchase $15,659.59 worth of goods from various stores. Between Aug. 15, 2023, and Jan. 9 in Warner, she was accused of stealing $43,536 by writing herself checks under the guise of payments to vendors.
Casey N. Larcomb, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited and identity fraud charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing fentanyl and obtaining identifying information about a person with the intent of posing as such a person in Concord on April 15.
Benjamin S. Lamere, 31, of Range Road in Pittsfield on a felony possession of meth charges in Pittsfield on May 30.
Robert J. Lamy, 65, of Gale Avenue in Northfield on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on Feb. 10 in Franklin. Lamy was convicted of a felony in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2022.
Gary E. Livingstone, 45, of Walker Street in Concord on three felony domestic violence charges. He was accused of threatening a family member with a gun, stating, “I’m gonna shoot you,” or words to that effect, on March 31 and with a knife twice on April 2 in Concord.
