Laconia Therapist Indicted On Bow Sexual Assault Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Bruce E. Allaire Jr., 46, of Concord Street in Manchester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing nips from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Pembroke on May 26 and May 27, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
Tracy Ash, 52, of Pillsbury Street in Derry, on a felony possession of a methamphetamine charge on April 7, 2025, in Northfield.

Calvin Atwood, 51, of Beech Street in Manchester, on possession of meth and possession of a controlled drug-meth and fentanyl mix charges, both felonies, on March 30, 2024, in Concord.
Timothy Belcourt, 52, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on felon in possession-fixed blade dagger and two possession of a controlled drug with prior conviction, meth and fentanyl, charges, all felonies, on Nov. 16, 2025, in Northfield. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2025.

Heather Ainsworth, 48, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on two felony counts of possession of meth on April 7, 2025, in Northfield.

Laurelyn M. Ksander, 40, of Marshall Hill Road in Bradford, on a felony interference with custody. She was accused of retaining or concealing a child from a parent or guardian on May 11, 2025, in Bradford.
Justin Jacques, 30, of Nutmeg Lane in East Hartford, Connecticut, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl, in Canterbury on Sept. 23, 2025.
Stephenie Lumb, 34, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth charge on Sept. 1, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a control of premises charge in Hills North in December 2022.
Holly Dionne, 39, of Gold Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-subsequent charge in Hooksett on Nov. 4, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in September 2014 of acts prohibited in Hills North.
Thomas I.R. Meade, 31, of Emerald Ridge Road in Newport, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a 7-inch curved dagger and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Bow on July 12, 2025.
Daniel Thibeault, 51, of Mistwood Lane in Laconia, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sucking on the toes and licking the leg of a woman, and placing her on his lap and grinding his erect penis into her during the process of performing therapy, medical treatment, or examination on Aug. 20, 2025, in Bow, according to the indictments.
