Homeless Man Indicted On Concord Skateboard Attack Charges: Roundup
Salisbury man indicted on fake trooper charge; Deerfield stalker indicted again; Boscawen felon indicted on gun, knife, and drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Benjamin Ayala, 37, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on an attempted assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of filling two cups with urine, feces, and blood, to harass a corrections officer at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on July 24, 2024.
Brian C. Bateman, 38, of Lang Road in Deerfield, on a felony stalking-subsequent offense. He was accused of contacting a protected party in Pittsfield on Oct. 21, 2024. Bateman was convicted of stalking in Rochester District Court in October 2024.

Timothy Belcourt, 50, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 4, 2024, in Concord.
Tracy Blodgett, 57, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent and seven counts of sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl and methamphetamine, all felonies, on Sept. 24, Oct. 2, Oct. 9, and Oct. 15, 2024.

Hannah A. Cutting, 30, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett, on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Sept. 18, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in February 2019.
Jeremy Ducharme, 42, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on receiving stolen property-9 mm Smith and Wesson handgun, falsifying physical evidence, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, felonious use of a firearm, two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on Aug. 15, 2024, in Concord. John Sweeney, 57, of King Street in Boscawen, on possession of meth and two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a H&R Model 949 .22LR-calibre revolver and several knives in Chichester on Aug. 10, 2024. Sweeney is a felon due to an accomplice to a second-degree murder conviction out of Rockingham County Superior Court in December 1987.
Domineaq Taylor, 19, of Romano West Circle in Lebanon, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of sending a picture of his genitals to a child under 16 in Concord on Jan. 8, 2024.
Fred Towne, 53, of Hunter Drive in Epping, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing and possessing a natural gas heater, belonging to the Door Fund, on April 28, 2024, in Franklin.
Jerry R. Williams, 47, of South Road in Salisbury, on a felony false impersonation charge. He was accused of pretending to be a captain of the New Hampshire State Police Department in emails to a woman while trying to find the location of a person on Feb. 25, 2024, in Salisbury.
Christopher T. Willott, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on criminal restraint, falsifying physical evidence, and two second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a skateboard as a deadly weapon and restrained another man to kick them in the face several times on June 30, 2024, in Concord. Willott was also accused of discarding the skateboard to impair an investigation.
