Concord Man Arrested On Threat, Disorderly Conduct Charges: Police Log
Manchester woman faces child endangerment charge; Webster man charged with drug possession; man arrested on resisting, prowling charges.

CONCORD, NH — Michael Corey Roseberry, 52, was arrested on a warrant at 10:05 a.m. on April 7, 2025, after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 3 on drug possession and loitering or prowling charges in Bow from June 2024. He is due back in court on April 30.
Jordin Fowler, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on April 7 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
Rebecca M. Gray, born in 1992, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on April 4 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Rite Aid at 92 South St.

Benjamin Hoar, born in 1994, of Webster, was arrested at 5:24 a.m. on April 4 on a possession of a controlled drug charge and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Washington Street in the North End.
Bruce Allaire, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on April 3 on a criminal trespass charge, three warrants, and three bench warrants after an incident or investigation along the railroad tracks below Water Street.

Michael J. Byron, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on March 30 on disobeying an officer, motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street.
Christopher Horrocks, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on March 29 on disorderly conduct and two criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.
Brian Huoppi, 44, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant and a warrant at 8:43 p.m. on March 28 as well as resisting arrest or detention, loitering or prowling, and two possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Burlington Coat Factory at 80 Storrs St. Huoppi failed to appear at a status conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 13, connected to a drug possession charge in Concord from March 2024. He has another status conference hearing booked for May 8.
