Littleton Woman Arrested On DUI, 3 Child Endangerment Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Calvin Butler, 30, of Boanza Drive in Concord was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2022, on two bench warrants as well as felony operating after certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges and a defective equipment violation. An officer on Allen Street near Village Street saw a silver 2015 Nissan Rogue with no plate lights. The vehicle was stopped in a parking lot on Village Street. After being stopped, the driver, Butler, provided a valid registration but did not have a license, a report said. When asked why he did not have a license, Butler was accused of saying he thought it was suspended. The officer wrote he was out on bail after a warrant was issued for driving after suspension from July 2022 and disobeying an officer from August 2022, both out of Concord District Court. Butler was also deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2022. “Furthermore,” the officer wrote in an affidavit, “Calvin’s license was suspended on April 15, 2016, for reciprocity.”

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Dec. 21 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident at 80 Storrs Street.

Robert C. Washburn, born 1944, of Concord was arrested at 6 p.m. on Dec. 20 on a driving while intoxicated charges. He was arrested after an incident on Centre Street.

Sean Bailey, born 1977, of New Hampton was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Dec. 20 on criminal trespass and inhaling toxic vapors for effect charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Brittany E. Brennan, born 1985, of Littleton was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Dec. 18 on aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16 as well as three endangering the welfare of a child charges and an open container charge. She was arrested after an incident at 102 Manchester St.

Daniel Ryan Beldin, 33, of North Main Street in Concord or Manchester was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Dec. 17 on a warrant and a bench warrant as well as a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested after an incident at 165 N. State St.

Joseph R. Clough, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 3:57 a.m. on Dec. 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Bog Road.

Marissa A. Blake, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Dec. 10 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Pinehurst Street.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 63, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. on Dec. 2 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender as well as driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges. An officer on routine patrol on Manchester Street was at the intersection with Integra Drive when they saw a vehicle with an expected inspection sticker. The vehicle was pulled over in the parking lot of Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. The driver, Bilodeau, told the officer he had a suspended license, a report said. Dispatch said he was a habitual offender, with the NH DMV ruling in October 2022 after a default hearing. Bilodeau lost his license in 2003 and had previously been convicted on prior driving charges in June 2018, September 2018, and August 2022 in Concord and Franklin.
