Weare Felon Arrested On Threat, Trespass Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mercy Mbarushimana, 21, of Weare was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2023, was arrested on criminal threatening, two criminal trespass, and three criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive. He is a felon due to a theft conviction from an incident in Henniker and a burglary conviction in Concord. He was also convicted of criminal trespass charge. Mbarushimana received suspended sentences in both cases. He failed to appear at a status conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 13 on a violation of probation accusation connected to the Concord case and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Mbarushimana is due back in court on Dec. 14.

Andreas A. Laliotis, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Dec. 6 on domestic, violence-criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, two criminal threatening, and two simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Riverbend at 10 West St.

Tyler J. Kraytenberg, born 1991, of Strafford was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on Dec. 6 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

Derek James Henig, born 1989, of Manchester was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Regional Drive.

Jacob Allen Lawrence, born 2000, of Chichester was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Christine May Thompson, 45, of Concord was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Basin Street.

Robert Lewis Forsythe, born 1982, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a domestic violence-violation of a protective order charge. He was after an incident or investigation at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Lindsay M. Leclerc, born 1993, of Concord received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a misuse of plates violation after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Concord was arrested at 11 a.m. on Nov. 26 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.

Robert W. Bachman, 51, of Concord was arrested at 9:09 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Healey Memorial Park on Basin Street.

Frank Joseph Merrill, 61, of Concord received a summons at 12:08 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
