Concord Man Arrested Twice In 5 Hours On Assault, Stalking Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Crystal L. Colburn, 40, of Concord was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2023, on seven warrants and two stalking charges. She was arrested after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Colburn failed to appear at a status conference hearing on May 21, 2021, in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on felony stalking and resisting arrest or detention charges out of Manchester from Jan. 21, 2021.

Lewis D. Jenna, 42, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:35 p.m. on Jan. 21. He was arrested after an incident on South State Street.

Ashley E. Coleman, 40, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.

Christopher M. Humphreys, 37, of Concord received a summons at 3:53 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a license required penalty after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Heather A. Lane, born 1990, of Concord was cited at 8:09 a.m. on Jan. 21 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at 557 N. State St.

Michael Storm Hamilton, 37, of Concord received a summons at 5:41 a.m. on Jan. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Daryl A. Lozier, 49, of Allenstown was arrested on a warrant at 4:25 a.m. on Jan. 21 after an incident on South Commercial Street.

Gerard Giffard, born 1953, of Concord was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on Jan. 3 on an uninspected vehicle charge after an incident at the Morning Start Condominiums on Loudon Road.

Nathaniel W. Liberty, born 1985, of Concord at 6:50 a.m. on Jan. 3 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested again at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 3 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Both incidents occurred on Adonis Court.

Renee L. Woodward, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on Jan. 3 on a stalking charge after an incident at Merrimack County Savings Bank on North Main Street.

Tyler James Towne, born 1980, of Lincoln was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Jan. 3 on a warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Nicholas Stiles, born 1989, of Laconia was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Jan. 3 on three bench warrants after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
