Northfield Man Indicted On Concord Hatchet Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of trying to assault girl from TikTok sexually; sex offender indicted on email charge; Gilford man faces pipe cutting charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Paul Gannino, 42, of North Policy Street in Salem or Hooksett on two felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charges. He was accused of using the Internet to solicit a girl on Nov. 9, 2021, via TikTok on his cellphone, suggesting he sexually assault her.

Michael Flack, 53, of Old Lake Shore Road in Gilford on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of cutting the exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter on a Dodge pickup truck at Mercier Motors on Route 106 in Loudon on Aug. 31.

Nicole Flood, 33, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Concord on July 6. According to the indictment, Flood has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Jeffrey Gagne, 37, of Dewey Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on April 23, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Roland J. Gagne, 26, of Diana Drive in Northfield on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of switching a hatchet in the direction of another man on Sept. 30 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Northfield Man Faces Hatchet Threat Charge After Incident In Concord

Daniel Y. Gaponov, 21, of Prospect Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charge on Sept. 12 in Concord.

Michael S. Grey, 38, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register an email account with Concord police on July 13. Grey is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault conviction in Belknap County Superior Court in November 2004.

Michael Hamilton, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Sept. 1 on Loudon Road in Concord.
