Concord Man Arrested On Stalking, Weapons, Assault, Breach, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Kayla Marie Lonergan, 27, of Merrimack was arrested on a warrant at 6:07 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2023, on the Interstate 93 northbound Exit 13 onramp.

Andrew J. Miles, born 1987, of Salem was arrested at 3:54 a.m. on Jan. 22 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident at 10 N. Main St.

Jonathan Martin, 29, of Concord received a summons at 1:31 a.m. on Jan. 22 on a receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Brandon Michael Sullivan, born 1993, of Concord was arrested on an arrest prior to requisition at 11:49 p.m. on Jan. 21 on disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and three simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at The Draft on South Main Street. Crystal L. Colburn, 40, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 7:27 p.m. on Jan. 21 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Joseph R. Clough, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on Jan. 5 on carrying or selling weapons, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two breach of bail, and two stalking-domestic violence charges. He was arrested after an incident on Bog Road.

Zachary William Bunker, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on Jan. 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Sean Michael Carslaw, 35, of Center Barnstead was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Metro Treatment Center methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.

Robin Lynn Lane, 55, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 9:47 p.m. on Jan. 3 after an incident on Hall Street.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 21, of Concord was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on Jan. 3 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road. Ruharuka was out on bail after being arrested on Dec. 11, 2022, on breach of bail, unlawful possession, and use of tobacco products by a minor, and simple assault and disorderly conduct from Nov. 13, 2022.
