Belmont Woman Arrested On Stalking, Witness Tampering, Other Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Andrew Desmarais, 36, of Leigh Acres, Florida, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2025, on a warrant at police headquarters.

John J. Hoitt, born 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 3 a.m. on Jan. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an investigation or incident on Court Street.

John P. Gagnon, 42, of Concord, received a summons at 7:13 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident on Hall Street.

Harvey J. Garod, born 1948, of Gilford, received a summons at 3:01 a.m. on Jan. 18 on a conduct after an accident charge as well as an improper turning violation after an investigation or incident at 304 Sheep David Road.

Ashley Dawn Fahey, born 1986, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Jan. 18 on driving under the influence and speeding: 16 to 20 mph over the limit of 55 mph or less charges after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Nicholas Thurston, born 1978, of Laconia, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Jan. 17 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at Altitude Trampoline Park at 270 Loudon Road.

Nicole L. Weeks, 41, of Belmont, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Jan. 6 on stalking, witness tampering, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident on High Street in Penacook.

Jackson Burley Coombs, 36, of Sandwich, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a willful concealment charge after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Alisha Miner, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a warrant after an investigation or incident at Christ the King Parish at 72 S. Main St.

David E. Jousset, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a criminal mischief charge after an investigation or incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Scott M. Emerson, born 1985, of Rochester, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Jan. 4 on an indecent exposure-lewdness-subsequent charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Pembroke Road.

Larz Raymond Menard, 25, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 3:05 p.m. on Jan. 3 as well as a robbery charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive. A warrant against Menard was issued on Oct. 28, 2024, on a court order by a drug court accusing him of violation of probation. The case was connected to acts prohibited and theft charges out of Concord from February 2022, as well as one prior violation of probation or parole. In May 2023, he was given two four-year prison sentences and a $620 fine, all suspended for five years, on the theft and drug charges. Menard is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for a status conference hearing on Feb. 6.
