Hooksett Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, False Report Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man indicted on sexual abuse images, computer charges; Franklin felon indicted on weapon charge; man accused of slashing tires.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Cory L. Gunther, 43, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett, on negligent homicide and false report of an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of crashing his truck into a motorcycle and causing the death of the operator on July 11, 2024, in Epsom. Gunther, according to the indictment, told police there was a truck that obscured his view while driving.

Coleman Handrahan, 24, of Walnut Road in Goffstown, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of slashing tires on vehicles owned by others in Hooksett on July 21, 2024.

Anna Heine, 42, of Penacook Street in Concord, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, on Aug. 11, 2024, in Concord. Read more about this case here: Concord Woman, With Priors, Accused Of Selling Fentanyl And Possessing Meth

Austin D. Holton, 29, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, two counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, and two counts of solicitation to manufacture child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing photos of girls on July 27, 2024, in Concord. Holton was accused of soliciting two girls via Snapchat to create visual representations of themselves involved in sexually explicit conduct between June 1 and July 31, 2024, in Concord. Walter C. Hosmer, 36, of Plains Court in Franklin, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on Dec. 26, 2024, in Franklin. Hosmer is a felon due to a robbery conviction in Belknap County Superior Court in January 2019.

Regis Babu Irumva, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on attempted burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of breaking a doorframe in an attempted effort to access an apartment at the Morningstar Condominium complex on Loudon Road in Concord and threatening to kill the tenant on Jan. 1. Shane E. Johnson, 40, of Downing Street in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of pushing a woman into a bed and strangling her in Concord on Nov. 23, 2024.

Artem Komissarov, 36, of Manchester Street in Concord, on attempted interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited and two computer-related offenses charges, all felonies. He was accused of remotely activating the microphone on a woman’s cellphone without her knowledge to intercept her oral communications and access her cell phone by activating the camera and made a display of video images on his cell phone on April 3, 2024, in Concord.

Andrew J. Ludwig, 39, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictments, on two assault by prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of punching and hitting another person with a chair on Nov. 17, 2024, in Boscawen.

James F. Lussier, 32, of Mack Avenue in West Lebanon, on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Pleasant Street in Concord on Nov. 21, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
