CONCORD, NH — A man from Massachusetts is facing drunken driving charges after a rollover crash that ejected him from his car on Saturday.
Around 5:30 p.m., New Hampshire State Police as well as Hooksett fire and rescue teams, were sent to Interstate 93 for a report of a rollover crash. When they arrived, they found the driver, Jonathan Fiore, 50, of Bolton, MA, being tended to by medics and taken to Concord Hospital with serious injuries.
Fiore was driving a 2007 Honda Civic in the left lane at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car, Amber Lagace, a public information officer for the department, said.

“The Honda Civic first exited the left side of the roadway where it struck the median guardrail before rolling over and coming to final rest in the right two lanes of the interstate,” she said.
The right two lanes of the highway were closed for around an hour. Impairment and speed appeared to be “the primary contributing factors” of the crash, Lagace said.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have any additional information was asked to contact Trooper Evan Puopolo at 603-223-8530 or evan.r.puopolo@dos.nh.gov.
