CONCORD, NH — Thomas Ricard Zaccari, born in 1998, of Salem, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2026, on two bench warrants and a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Interstate 93 south at the Exit 13 offramp.

Maria A. Youngman, born in 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 8:09 p.m. on Jan. 9 after an incident or investigation at Man Yee at 79 South St.

Jonathan M. Pickering, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a warrant.

Michelle Lisa Brien, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on Jan. 7 on transport drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., and possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Nicole Lynn Nash, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Dec. 23 on two bench warrants as well as two possession of controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at New England Kenworth/Patsy’s Inc. at 24 Hall St.

Michael A. Tuerk, born in 1994, Corey D. McKay, born in 1978, and Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, were all cited at 8 a.m. on Dec. 23 on camping restricted violations after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Michael Vincent Celeste, born in 2004, of Vernon, Connecticut, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 23 on driving under the influence and speeding charges after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.
