Concord Man, Strafford Woman Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log
Sex offender arrested on another registration charge; Hampton man faces mischief charge; perp with priors picked up on an order violation.

CONCORD, NH — William Slocum, 38, of Concord, was arrested on two bench warrants at 12:22 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2025, as well as a felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowingly-subsequent charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street in the Fosterville neighborhood. According to the state, Slocum is a sex offender due to three felonious sexual assault convictions in October 2005. He was also convicted on four felonious sexual assault counts in February 2010.
Colton James Squeglia, born 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Feb. 24 on a violation of a protective order charge after an incident or investigation on West Street.
Ciarra M. Stevens, born 1996, of Concord, received a summons at 12:40 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Chase Street.

Guerry Jason Wardell, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
Nicole Lynn Nash, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Feb. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Healy Memorial Park on Basin Street.

Scotty A. Grandmaison, born 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 20 on driving under the influence and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a failure to use required turn signal and open container violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Timothy K. Hassell, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant and an arrest prior to requisition at 3:47 p.m. on Jan. 24 as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
Patricia Evelyn MacDonald, 66, of Strafford, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Applebee’s at 260 Loudon Road.
Neil Ryan Corson, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 16 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. According to court records, he failed to appear at a status conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 9 on acts prohibited and meth possession charges. Another status conference hearing has been booked for March 20.
Jonathan Philip Temple, born in 1966, of Hampton, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 16 on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Desiree M. Charter, 38, of Kings Row in Epsom, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. on Jan. 10 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, breach of bail, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as failure to dim lights, failure to use turn signal, and stop signs; yield signs violations. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on South Commercial Street.
