Convicted Concord Burglar Arrested On Court Order Violation: Log

CONCORD, NH — Nikolas R. Carr, born 1994, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2020, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Nicholas Faria, born 1998, of Pembroke was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a conduct after an incident charge after an incident near 132 Loudon Road.

Kyle Bissonnette, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on Oct. 24 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at 8 Loudon Road. According to the Merrimack County Superior Court, Bissonnette pleaded guilty to burglary charges in October 2010. He was found in violation of probation in May 2011 and May 2012, and accused of violation of a court order. In January, he was accused of nonpayment of restitution and failure to appear at a hearing in February.

Michelle Lisa Brien, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident near 102 Manchester Street.

Jade Autumn Croissant, born 2002, of Loudon was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Oct. 24 on a transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor charge after an incident at 24 Loudon Road.

April L. Baillargeon, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 23 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Amy B. Higgins, 42, of Loudon was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on Oct. 23 on possession of a controlled drug and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. She has active theft, drug, and other cases in superior court.

Samantha G. Stanford, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on Oct. 22 on possession of methamphetamine and driving after revocation or suspension-second offense charges. She was arrested on Portsmouth Street.

Davon Turner, born 1990, of Allenstown was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a bench warrant as well as driving after revocation or suspension-second offense and disobeying an officer charges after an incident near 196 N. Main St.

Judith A. Fose, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a driving under the influence charge on Cherry Street.

Christopher E. Rodriguez, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 22 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on White Street.
