Brandon S. Dumont, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 11 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Fisherville Road.

Maria A. Youngman, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 7:50 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Starbucks at 240 Loudon Road.

Patric M. Pellerin, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a driving under the influence charge and a front lights violation after an incident or investigation on Village Street.
