Montana Felon Indicted On Armed Career Criminal, Theft Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments
Belmont man indicted on child fondling charge; 3 from Laconia indicted on Bow, Concord drug charges; NC man indicted on ID fraud charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Allan Glover, 35, of North Main Street in Laconia, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of fentanyl and 5 ounces of meth on Sept. 12, 2025, in Concord.
Justin Ford, 37, of Spruce Street in Laconia, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of the drug in Bow on Nov. 14, 2024.

Andrew R. Page, 44, of Pine Street in Laconia, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of the drug in Bow on Nov. 14, 2024.
Jay Johnson, 50, of Woodbryer Avenue in Greensborough, North Carolina, on a felony identity fraud charge. He posed as another person to obtain bank information not available to the general public from Franklin Savings Bank in Boscawen on Nov. 4, 2025, according to the indictment.

Nicholas D. Joslin, 42, of Farraville Road in Belmont, on a felony count of felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. He was accused of fondling a child between May 10 and May 23, 2024, in Boscawen. Shaun Leary, 40, of Allison Street in Concord, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Jeep Cherokee on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Oct. 13, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Brandon Long, 41, of Union Street in Manchester, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-a mix of fentanyl and heroin on June 16, 2025, in Concord.
Tinker Toy, 46, of West River Road in Hooksett, on attempted possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, and possession of psilocybin mushrooms charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to acquire a parcel mailed through the U.S. Postal Service containing 5 ounces or more of meth on Oct. 10, 2025, in Hooksett.
Michael Vieu, 59, of South Adams Street in Boulder, Montana, on armed career criminal, receiving stolen property, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen 2012 Chevrolet Impala, the drug, and a Thompson Custom 1911 .45 caliber handgun in Bow on Oct. 31, 2025. Vieu, according to the indictment, was previously convicted on aggravated assault & battery causing serious bodily injury, assault to murder, and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon in Franklin Superior Court in Massachusetts in January 2009; robbery in Grafton County Superior Court in August 2000; Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon in Hampden Superior Court in Massachusetts in June 1986; and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon and burglary in Hampden Superior Court in Massachusetts in February 1983.
David M. Fales, 36, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in a Franklin court on Nov. 3, 2025, after being released on bail in September 2025.
